Applicant must possess excellent communication
skills, be self motivated, results oriented and able to work
with current owners to lead the IT staff.
Must have at least 5+ years solid experience in the following
areas: strong Java J2EE, SQL and .Net/C# backgrounds; Web application
technologies including Servlets, JSP, JSTL, XML, AJAX, CSS, HTML/DHTML, ActiveX, Flex and Javascript;
SOAP Technologies such as XFire; limited Web Graphic design
exposure; Database experience including MSSQL, MYSQL, and Oracle;
JBOSS and/or Weblogic application server experience as
well as Linux, Unix and Windows platforms a major plus. Pharmacy
knowledge is preferred but not required.

Looking for a talented Web Designer to work
alongside our product management and development teams to enhance
our epostrx product. As a team member, the ideal candidate will
have the opportunity to make significant impact in a fast-paced,
start-up environment. This individual should be passionate about
creating intuitive, innovative, and easy to use designs to
facilitate a world class customer experience. Work areas include
the creation and application of a consistent design style,
prototype and proof-of-concept development, and website user
interface.
Responsibilities
Drive visual and UI design for ePosRrx and other projects
Prototype and design visual interfaces with CSS and XHTML
Evolve and maintain a comprehensive style and interaction guide
Produce visual assets for use with product development and
marketing
Qualifications
3-5 years online design experience
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required
Strong visual graphic design skills and solid understanding of web
design
principles
In-depth knowledge of the following applications: Photoshop,
Fireworks,
Illustrator
Flash and iconography skills a plus
Experience with web application design
Ability to work well in cross-functional and team oriented
environment
Excellent verbal and written communication
Excellent problem solving skills
Strong CSS and XHTML skills preferred
Strong working knowledge developing cross platform/browser
compatibility
preferredProject should last about 3-4 months.
