Customer Technical Support (Full

We are recruiting a professional who can help
develop knowledge-base documentation for our open-source pharmacy
management application, ePostRx. Additional responsibilities will
include day-to-day customer support, issue tracking and customer
training. Pharmacy experience a must.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Knowledge of various versions of Windows such as Windows XP and
Windows Vista
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 2003 and 2007 – Word, Excel, and
Outlook
• Knowledge of other web based documentation and issue tracking
tools such as Bugzilla, Acrobat PDF, Wiki.
• Excellent customer service skills, effective call handling and
problem management
• Excellent communication skills are essential as is the ability
to quickly learn new applications
• Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently

Looking for a talented Web Designer to work
alongside our product management and development teams to enahcne
our epostrx product. As a team member, the ideal candidate will
have the opportunity to make significant impact in a fast-paced,
start-up environment. This individual should be passionate about
creating intuitive, innovative, and easy to use designs to
facilitate a world class customer experience. Work areas include
the creation and application of a consistent design style,
prototype and proof-of-concept development, and website user
interface.
Responsibilities
Drive visual and UI design for epostrx and other projects
Prototype and design visual interfaces with CSS and XHTML
Evolve and maintain a comprehensive style and interaction guide
Produce visual assets for use with product development and
marketing
Qualifications
3-5 years online design experience
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required
Strong visual graphic design skills and solid understanding of web
design
principles
In-depth knowledge of the following applications: Photoshop,
Fireworks,
Illustrator
Flash and iconography skills a plus
Experience with web application design
Ability to work well in cross-functional and team oriented
environment
Excellent verbal and written communication
Excellent problem solving skills
Strong CSS and XHTML skills preferred
Strong working knowledge developing cross platform/browser
compatibility
