MyePostRx Network gives you everything you need in a single offering . MyePostRx Network support license is available in four tiers — choose the support level that best meets your needs.
 
Incident support now available for Community Edition users ONLY. Just contact ANSHealth.

  1. Single incident support, 1 incident - $200 perfect for open source customers that need occasional help.
  2. Bulk incident support, 3 incident Bundle - $600 help available when you need it.
  3. Bulk incident support, 6 incident Bundle - $995 save big by pre-purchasing incident support in bulk.

    Note: Incident support cannot be substitued for remote installation service fees

Note: If your use of ePostRx does not require a license, but you like ePostRx and want to encourage further development, you are certainly welcome to purchase a license or ePostRx support anyway. If you use ePostRx in a commercial context such that your profit by its use, we ask that you further the development of ePostRx by purchasing some level of support. We feel if ePostRx helps your pharmacy business, it's reasonable to ask that you help ePostRx.

  1. Subscription term for commercial support license is yearly or long term (2 years). If yearly subscription is selected, price is revisited upon anniversary date. If long term option is selected, price is locked for the length of the term.
  2. Prices displayed are exclusive of applicable taxes and subject to change.
  3. Support is for single location application support only and DOES NOT include consulting for database tuning/sizing, Application Servers tuning or general environment maintenance. Contact ANSHealth if you wish to bundle these services into your desired support level.
  4. If support is discontinued, an additional fee of $1500 shall be applied if customer re-subscribes.
  5. Price does not include yearly subscription fee for Drug Database.
  6. Excluding Platinum customers, weekend support is available at $1500 per day.
  7. Contact ANSHealth if you wish to further discuss/negotiate pricing and support terms.

ANSHealth also offers Professional Services to enhance the effectiveness of our client's business centered around ePostRx. Other services include software customizations, web, E-commerce and distributed architecture development using cutting-edge technologies such as Java, J2EE, XML, XSL SOAP and EJB.
